The Committee members stated that fight against a shadow sector with administrative measures is inefficient. At the same time, people's deputies agreed that one of the most efficient ways to fight the shadow sector is eliminating reasons for and conditions of its existence.

The bill (Reg. No. 1863) is aimed to reduce the burden and stimulate legitimization of income of payers of a single fee for obligatory state social insurance.

Following the results of the discussion, the Committee members upheld the bill adoption of which will improve conditions for conducting business, social insurance of citizens, legalization of salaries, and fight against a shadow sector of economy.
